Oscar Chilton
HR Manager
Oscar is the HR Manager at Biscoes having joined the firm in Spring 2024. He’s joined us having worked previously in both charities and multi-national businesses; and has held every role on the HR career ladder from HR Administrator Apprentice to his current position on our Leadership Team.
His HR strategy is built on a foundation of operational excellence; ensuring that our ethos of ‘Great Service, Every Client, Every Time’ extends to each colleague in their interactions with the HR team. Key areas of focus that Oscar and his HR team will be working on include:
- Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Social Mobility
- Learning & Continuous Personal Development
As a member of the Leadership Team, Oscar is also looking forward to being involved in business development activities beyond the usual scope of HR and working alongside like-minded professionals on community-based projects.
Did you know:
- Oscar recently climbed Island Peak in Nepal at 6165m.
- Before moving into HR, Oscar was a qualified officer in the merchant navy based in Asia and has crossed the Pacific Ocean more time than he’s crossed the Solent.
