"I joined Biscoes in October 2020 when they merged with Wheelers Solicitors and I am delighted to have discovered that the feeling of “kinship” has continued into this new role. Biscoes values, appreciates and recognises me as an individual (not merely a very small cog in a very large machine) which is somewhat rare in today’s 100mph world. It is a pleasure to work in such an inclusive and progressive environment and I continually receive first hand support and encouragement from not just my immediate colleagues but also, my Head of Department and the Directors, in both a personal and professional capacity. I am very excited to see what the future holds!"

Laura Curwood

"I have worked with a number of law firms over the years, but Biscoes have them beaten by a mile. The working environment is a joy and the potential for professional self-development is almost limitless."

John Hoey

"Biscoes is a great place to work, and I feel very supported here. On return from maternity leave I was made to feel welcome, and my new part time pattern of work was accommodated with no problems."

"I joined Biscoes when the company I worked for merged with Biscoes in October 2020. I have enjoyed being part of a much larger team and the opportunities for support and development this has entailed. I particularly appreciate the culture at Biscoes and their ethos of putting people first, both their clients and their employees. I would recommend the services at Biscoes to all of my friends and family."

"I started at Biscoes in 2018 to do a Business Administration Apprenticeship and completed this in 2019, since then I have progressed into a Secretary role in the Conveyancing department. Biscoes are very committed to wanting their employees to progress within their roles and because of this, I have learnt so much since working here. My colleagues at the Ryde office are so helpful & friendly and there is always a fun work environment here"

Megan Kotsapas

"Biscoes is a great company to work for. I have been supported and encouraged to expand my knowledge in the area I work in, this has made me feel like a valued member of staff. My colleagues are all approachable and friendly, no matter what their position is within the firm."

Laura Cager

"Since joining Biscoes in June 2019, I have really appreciated how flexible and amenable the firm has been to my need to permanently work from home due to family commitments. This has allowed me to still work full time and provide a high level of client service, whilst still fulfilling my carer responsibilities. I am incredibly grateful to Biscoes for being so accommodating."

Laura Brett

"As a bit of a newbie, I can say that Biscoes is a lovely place to work, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I really enjoy it here and know that if I need a hand/help I have the support not only from my head of department but also from my other colleagues in the office I work in and also the other branches on the mainland."

Jessie Owen

"I feel very grateful to have joined Biscoes in early 2021 as it is a really lovely place to work! The firm’s values are clearly communicated which results in a positive and supportive working culture. Colleagues respect and help each other. Management appreciate the importance of listening and engagement which inspires and empowers me to do my best. I truly feel part of a team. I have been welcomed and supported since the day I joined and I have also been rewarded with career progression too. Thank you Biscoes!"

Charlotte Oldham

"I started my Business Administration apprenticeship with Biscoes in November 2020. Since then, Biscoes has been extremely supportive of my personal goals and has allowed me to grow both my skill-set and legal knowledge. I feel lucky to work with such excellent people in a positive working environment."

Darcey Hedley

"I have worked at Biscoes since they merged with at the time my current employer in 2018. Biscoes is an amazing firm to work for and they strive not only to provide a Great Service Every Client Every Time but they actively provide encouragement to further progress your career if you chose so, they also make sure all their employees have the wellbeing support in place if it is needed. There is a sense of comrade between colleagues and no matter which office you work in you will always feel like one big family"
